Madalina has spent more than 18 years leading programs end to end — most recently as Head of Technical Program Management at Intuit, where she led delivery for a $1B product and platform portfolio and a global team across India, Canada and the US.
Before that, 15 years in regulated financial services at Daimler, Mercedes-Benz Financial Services and UniCredit: credit risk, provisioning across 15 European markets, audits, fraud and AML/KYC controls, and digital sales platforms.
She champions practical AI adoption — building AI-enabled workflows that lifted operational efficiency 20% and founding an internal AI community for program leaders.
